Employer Mandated Notice of Coverage Options

The Affordable Care Act requires that all employers provide a copy of the “Notice of Coverage Options” to each of their employees, which will explain the Health Care Marketplace to their employees.

The appropriate notice must be filled in and distributed to all new employees within their first 14 days of employment.
